Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates Named to Prestigious 2010 Bersin & Associates Learning Leaders Program
One of 25 Organizations Chosen From All Industries for Outstanding Training and Talent Management Efforts 
Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates LLC today was one of 25 organizations named to the fourth annual Bersin & Associates’ 2010 Learning Leaders Program.  The Coldwell Banker Commercial® learning team was honored for its Emerging Broker Training (EBT) program in the Operational Training and Development Excellence category which also included  AT&T, CA Inc. and Cisco Systems.  Coldwell Banker Commercial was the only real estate company named to the Learning Leaders Program. 
 Bersin & Associates, the only research and advisory firm focused solely on research in enterprise learning, talent management, and talent acquisition, annually recognizes companies that have developed and implemented effective and efficient approaches to employee learning and talent management resulting in significant business improvement.

EBT is a four-month comprehensive training program for new Coldwell Banker Commercial real estate professionals and utilizes live Web-based training sessions, classroom activity and a variety of on-demand modules and field work assignments.  EBT candidates must apply to the program and are accepted based on their qualifications and prior experience.
