Coldwell Banker Commercial-Inland Empire is pleased to announce that the team of David Neault, John Bibeau, and Stephen Roybal have been retained as the Exclusive Representatives for Kiwanis International (California-Nevada-Hawaii) for the leasing of their headquarters building in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Within 45 days of being hired, the Coldwell Banker Commercial team has reduced the building’s vacant units by 50%. New leases have been executed with Fosters Freeze, LLC for their Southern California headquarters and with Stickney and Associates, the majority owner of the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, the California Class A Affiliate of the Los Angeles Angles of Anaheim Baseball team.
